"I will always patronage black owned and I do not normally like to give but reviews however I must on this one. I went to the salon after Ms. Cookie finished my hair she did not style my hair like I asked, she did not know how to cut and style after she finished. I felt rushed at the end because two others were waiting . after expressing what kind of style I wanted she was unable to comply. When I left the front was already lifting, there was a separation in the stitching which clearly left a separation in the style. I was told to give har a call if it started lifting and she would tell me how to fix it. Ms Cookie never answered my calls or returned any of my text messages. I had to go to someone else to cut and style my hair paying another $40 ontop of what she charged. This style was for my birthday weekend celebration. I ended up taking the weave out myself after TWO days! I pay good money for my bundles and this was a total waste, and horrible experience for me. Veryunprofessional to not return communication after the very next day of a problematic style which should have been corrected especially when it within a 24 hour period."
