"If I could leave a zero star I would. I was there to cut the length of my hair, and while there the hair dresser offered to trim my undercut. First the notes were wrong from the previous times I've been there, but even worse, this is the most uneven undercut I've ever had. I've been going to a separate barber for undercut upkeep and the lines were neat and clean. Now one half of my head is shaved up higher than the other and the lines are crooked. Even for the length of my hair, I requested a bob right above the shoulder and left with a bob at the level of my ears. Extremely disappointed."
