Classic Brow

"Awful first time experience!!! I came here to get my eyebrows “cleaned” up. I expressed what I wanted and got the total opposite. I came in with full eyebrows and left with barely any. I feel like I’m back in the 90’s early 2000’s. They offered to give me brown tint to try to make me feel better for their poor job. I should have read the reviews before going smh. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted a punch card!"

"Went in to get my eyebrows, lashes, and a lip wax. One lady (idk her name) use hot wax on my lip and applied it in a way that burned my skin and caused me to have this on my face. I kindly went in the following day to see what they would do to remedy it and they applied some concealer and tried to send me on my way. I told them I had to attend an important event the following day and they offered to do my makeup. However, after seeing it would be done by the lady who caused this to happen and also couldn’t apply concealer correctly, I paid a professional $100 just so I wouldn’t look crazy at this event. How embarrassing would it be for me to say “this happened by getting my lip waxed”. So I stopped by the establishment again after the scab peeled off leaving me with 3 scars. They said “a free lip wax” as if I would allow them to touch my face ever again. I told them I paid a make up artist of out pocket and asked if they could replace a portion of what I paid for makeup with products they sell (just some eyelashes) I didn’t want to ask for much. They refused so I kindly said no problem and walked away letting them know I would be leaving a review. Definitely will not be visiting there again and do not recommend getting anything waxed there because if they ruin your face or body, they offer nothing."
