"Worst service ever! The Saturday crew had no idea what was going on. They moved things around bc a stylist was out and called a few days ahead to let me know and we worked out a new time. Then when we got there it was all a mess. The stylist didn't want to wash my daughter's hair as part of her cut, then finally did after I pointed out how crooked it was. The cut, braid, and curls took 45 minutes and they said the charge was $155, for a child's cut and style. This is insane. I will never be back, and I will let all my friends know too."

"My stylist did a great job cutting my hair extensions I had installed in Chicago. She is very professional and seemed passionate about what she does. Other places wouldn’t consider servicing me because they said it was a liability. My only point of dissatisfaction stems from the fact that I was charged for a shampoo, blow dry, and cut when all she did was cut my hair. Can’t complain too much because they told me this was going to be the case, up front. I think her name is Ferra and she gave me a great cut! I’m happy with my hair and will definitely consider going back to her again."
"Sherri was absolutely amazing and welcoming. She is so friendly and awesome. I had a perm done to my hair and I am absolutely in love with it. The other girl that was helping her was nice. We talked and laughed and it was just an amazing experience being a first time client. It wasn’t the boring wait, and wait for them to finish my hair or they’ll engage in a short convo and that’s it. It was no where like that at all."
