"Bartender attitude sucks (fair skinned woman, looked mixed or Spanish). Never judge a book by its cover, I would’ve spent more but her energy was garbage. Expecting to EXPECT nothing because you get back what you give out. That’s life! Wings had damn near no lemon pepper I had to request it on this side. Shorty didn’t even check it see if we wanted more charcoal for our hookah but kept expecting us to order drinks! I’m big on service and energy not GREED! and it def wasn’t hitting at this establishment. Then grilling us making un easy looks as if she was ready for us to go. Typical Atlanta Lounge behavior, Peace and Love. Do better"

"Connie is literally the best bartender at pure! Every time I come, she gives fast service, genuine conversation and just good vibes!! I’ve never had a bad time when she’s there . She makes the experience PURE!! Side note : she is one hell of a performer when they have karaoke nights!"

"The food was subpar. The service was decent with the exception of me telling the server that I would like to order a drink in 5 mins and she comes back with my ticket as if I told her I was ready for my check. I STRONGLY disliked how they automatically added a 20% service charge as if I was with a party. They forced me to a pay a tip vs allowing me to give them the amount I felt like they deserved. If I didn’t see that 20% already on my check, I would’ve gave them more than that because I know what it’s like to be a server and actually like to leave a tip but since I was forced, the 20% was all that was given."

"Excellent service. The chef changes but J.Scott was delicious and made sure we were served correctly. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will visit here again."

"Music, atmosphere, and hookah was on point. I was not a fan of the panini sandwich nor the service charge on check. Overall if you looking for a laid back spot to enjoy a night out with friends or partner this place a good spot."
