"This location is NOT inclusive to different hair types, and I will NOT be coming here ever again! I was waiting to get my hair done, and an employee approached a family waiting next to me about their appointment for a somewhat visual consultation beforehand. The employee approached one of the woman's daughters with beautiful curly hair, and told them that they did not have the time to detangle it. The mother continued to attempt to get it through to him that her hair is NOT tangled, that it is just curly. He refused to take the time to understand this, and rejected doing her hair, repeating that they did not have the time to detangle. The daughter, understandably upset, rises from her seat and leaves the store. There was not a tangle in sight in this girl's hair, and he made her feel the need to leave, due to not understanding her hair type! This form of embarrassment and ridicule is UNACCEPTABLE and I do NOT recommend coming here if you have a hair type other than pin straight! I'd understand if her hair was severely matted, but there was not a tangle in sight! I left the store myself! NEVER again! Do better!"

"I’ve been taking my kids here for years but never again. The stylist with braids was appallingly rude to me and my 10-year-old daughter, refusing to speak or make eye contact, and ultimately claiming my daughter’s hair was too tangled to cut and shaking her head in disgust. I had just spent 15 minutes brushing it out right in front of her. My daughter was on the verge of tears. The older woman in charge wasn’t much better and ignored us as we left. We won’t be back."

"My son would have done a better job if he had cut his hair himself. He sat perfectly still for the stylist and it is truly awful. Will be going somewhere else tomorrow to have them *hopefully* fix it. Had my hair cut also, by another stylist at the location, and it is just as awful. Asked for it to be undercut and it was not at all, leaving me with what looks like a duck tail."
