"I’m a 67 year old male who has been “buzz cutting” my hair for the last 30 years. Due to the cold weather, I let it grow out this winter. Time for a haircut, but a friend told me to get a scissor cut. Went to Bob Steele Salon and CoCo was recommended as the stylist. Came back a week later. Staff was very friendly as was Coco. I told CoCo my brief hair history, and she took it from there. She did a great job and I’m very satisfied. I’ll definitely go back to Bob Steele as long as CoCo is there."

"I’ve been going to Bob Steele Salon locations for over 20 years. My regular stylists’ prices for a full color was well over $300 which is crazy! She recommended a ‘lower’ stylist who was more concerned about looking at herself in the mirror and complaining about her lack of a bonus to her colleague while I was in the chair. Ultimately she missed two places in the back and a few spots in the front. (I came in for a Full Highlight). The manager suggested coming back to someone different bc I had serious reservations about seeing the same stylist. In an attempt to preserve the integrity of my hair we waited two weeks. I went back in to a different ‘higher level’ stylist who seem to be over processing with color and seemingly aggressive washing, strange but I knew something was off. I merely wanted a few highlights in the front to cover up the spots she originally missed. After two appointments and $270 my hair is now bronze in the front! A completely different color than the back 2/3 of my hair which is blonde! The manager refunded my money and said best of luck finding a salon that I’m happy with. I do believe the manager ‘tried’ to help me but when a salon is charging $270 for a full highlight you should have stylists on hand that know how to color hair! Super disappointed and haven’t cried over a failed hair appointment in thirty years! I’m stuck with bronze hair for a few weeks. Incredibly disappointed."

"I am not the pamper me posh kind of person and generally resist any sort of lavish luxury, but, since taming my wild fur bonnet is a necessary evil required by society, there's no better place than Bob Steele. I tend to approach the endeavor of getting my hair cut with more trepidation than if I decided to jump into piranha infested waters. BUT I tried Bob Steele. I can book my appointment online which I fond convenient and classy. I get updates and emails about specials. When I arrive at the salon, i am greeted delightfully and am made to feel comfortable. There are plenty of amazing products to peruse whilst waiting for the stylist. Olivia cut my hair on my first visit months ago and Jared deftly worked magic on my untamed tresses this past time. They both took great care of my hair and I really liked how it looked. The vibe is cool, the people are happy and helpful. I am here for Bob Steele and you should give them a go. Thanks to the Marietta folks who make something I dread into a very positive experience."
