"I usually don't do this but honestly, this was the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I was super excited because the reviews looked amazing but my hair did not. I drove 4 hours back to my salon at home to get it fixed the next day because the layers were all over the place and honestly never asked for that short of layers. Also want to throw in that when my hair was washed, the water wasn't even close to warm & when it was blow dried, usually they style it? Mine just looked awkward. These pictures were taken the next day. Update: Hey! I called back on Friday afternoon and left my information for a call back but haven't received a call back. It has been 6 days since I have called so I called again today, 5/2. I was told I would get a call back but have yet to receive one."
