This is the only salon where I have to make appointment anywhere from 2-3 weeks in advanced, because according to them, they are SO busy even on weekdays when most people work? Never again."

"I Reached out to this company and spoke to Tasha about getting some highlights, she stated one of the items needed had to be ordered as the shop was out. After a few weeks i reached back out and she stated she had not received the item in the delivery. After a few more weeks I reached out again and still nothing. After a couple months of waiting and checking in (she never reached out to me) she stopped responding. It was a standard color and service (highlights) so I’m not sure why she handled the interaction in such an unprofessional manner. I wasn’t asking for a discount and I felt like I was being very patient. Most people want their hair done that week if not that day. So the fact that I waited a few months just for her to stop responding with no update is highly disrespectful. I was even open minded to a more available product “off the shelf” and not a professional grade since acquiring the product seemed so difficult. She refused and said she would get what was needed. I don’t believe there was ever a product that needed to be ordered she just refused to service my hair for whatever unknown reason. I never got disrespectful or negative towards her during this interaction, so it’s extremely hard to understand turning down a customer requesting a standard service a company offers."
