"There was a lack of professionalism in dealing with this particular situation… in the process of dying my hair she completely messed up my shirt by getting bleach all over it. Mind you, I was wearing 2 pieces of clothing on top of the shirt to make sure that it wouldn’t get messed up, because I had somewhere to be after the appointment. I realized how bad it got stained when I got home later that night. Thinking she would be considerate/understanding about how inconvenienced this situation was, I texted her sending pictures, and a sincere message asking if she could possibly reimburse me for the shirt (which was $45). I know that’s not much, but I didn’t get my hair done with the intentions of my property being ruined. After I sent the message she replies back being very inconsiderate, and not willing to accommodate or reimburse me. Replying with “usually my clients don’t mind they’re clothing getting wet”. Which is true I don’t mind getting something wet, but wet, and stained are two completely different things. Then she follows up with “its not within her policy to reimburse anything concerning this situation”. All because she put a cape and towel around me… like that was all she could have done. I’m completely upset with how this situation turned out, and will not be going back. Screenshots below to see what happened"
