"My family and I have been going to Yoly for a very long time. She’s my tried and true when it comes to everything hair related! We moved to Coastal Georgia 5 years ago but still make the trip to get our hair done with her! I just sit in her chair and say do whatever you think will look great and I’m always happy with how wonderful it looks. She’s simply the best!"

"I have been to this salon four times now. The first two times I had positive experiences. This salon is very pricey but I don’t have a problem with that if I’m getting the service. I asked for highlights and a cut. I showed Yoly the pictures and one of the pictures had red low lights. She said that she mixed the pictures to get the results I was given but they were not even close. I asked for them to fix my hair and she said that she could fix it the next day. When I arrived she was very nice and asked to see the pictures from the day before. I showed them to her again. She and her assistants prepared the color to fix the problem. Julianna who had assisted was very distant compared to the day before, but I assumed she was afraid that o was going to be rude. I was not. I felt like since they were fixing the issue it would be okay. Granted, I had paid $325 the day before and with tip it was $345. After the process was complete, I. changed out of the smock that was provided and proceeded to leave. Julianne stopped me, not Yoly the owner, and said that I would be charged an additional $50 to correct the process. I was surprised, and her very rude reaction was that I had told Yoly that I wanted “copper lowlights “ which I had not. The color was only part of the issue. It was the poor work. It looked like someone had dumped “dog poop” on the top of my hair. I’m a world where customer service is lacking, I really was giving them the chance to correct the issue. Unfortunately, the additional $50 was more important than keeping a customer. I am very disappointed and will never spend money in a business with no ethics."
