"They are okay. Yes, they offer drinks and candy. But this is my 2nd time coming & in my opinion they lack in customer service skills. 1st time I came was a little over a year ago but I still remember. My daughter (about 4 at the time) starting crying and they asked several times if I could come back another day because she was crying. I said NO! I didn't like that and thought to myself, I wont be coming here again since seemed like they weren't to kid friendly. But I did, a few days ago. It was busy, waited about 40mins to be seen. Service was good. Didn't talk much. Paid. I had a question about the charges and when I asked, the lady at the front said "I gave you a discount but I can charge you equally for everything" and they all kind of chuckled. 1st of all, how was I supposed to KNOW you gave me a discount. Am i physic? NO. I was just asking to understand the charges. Since it was 3 of us and we all got the same thing done but all charges were not the same. I didn't like that. And I WONT be going back."

We were beyond happy with the service and professionalism of the team and it was also very timely. We went on a Sunday and there was no wait. The ladies that did our nails were proficient, gentle and fun. The atmosphere is warm, clean and inviting. Wish I could give 10 stars."

Paul done my daughters nails SNS pink with swirl designs…she loves them!! I didn’t get the lady’s name who did my nails but she done Ombré pink & white. She did them exactly how I wanted them. Only $117 before the tip."
