"I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment online. Shortly after, I was contacted by text to let me know they don’t have a Groupon account, but they do. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a refund. I then tried to schedule again for a different service and my appointment was declined with no reasons/explanations. Talk about a lack of customer service. Horrible first impression."
