"First of all... thank you Latoya for the beautiful hair. Latoya was my hair stylist at my wedding. And she did my mum's hair too!!! 4 months to the wedding, we discussed the different hair styles I had in mind and she told me what it would take to achieve each of them based on my hair type and length. After I decided on one style, we had a consultation and tried on the hair style to see how it would turn out.She worked with me to tweak it to how I wanted it to look. The night before the wedding, she did all the prep work to ensure we save time on the hair the next day. And on the wedding day, she wrapped it up and it was just beautiful. My mum's hair was also very gorgeous!! She is very professional and works with you to ensure you get what you want. I can't thank you enough Toya. You made me really happy."

"I called and asked how much it would be to cut my hair, lady on the phone said $115. I was shocked and asked “just to cut my hair? no wash and blowout?” She said “no, I would do the wash and blowout no matter what” even when I asked her just for the cut ( I don’t straighten my hair often)"

"Latoya was supposed to color my hair with blonde highlights. She was not transparent that she was not specialized in color services but they are listed on her business page. The color did not come out right at all. She advised she would squeeze me in after her next client because my process was taking too long. Almost 5 hours later she said she could not proceed with the procedure because she didn't have the correct products and I left the Salon like this. Her communication was not the best according to this situation. She should have canceled her next client to make sure that her current client was taken care of. You should never allow your client to walk out of your salon like this. My hair was damaged and I had to go to another stylist asap to fix. I called Latoya to ask if I was going to be charged because of her error and she stated she was busy and she would have to call me back which is horrible customer service."
