"BURNED MY HAIR OFF AND REFUSED A REFUN! DONT SEE HER! She told me she was going to strip my hair of dye and instead she bleached it without a strand test and IT ALL FELL OUT!! She refused a refund and called the police on me. She’s crazy, unprofessional, and needs to never do hair again! DONT BOOK HER!!!"

"I had purchased a Groupon for eyelash extensions with a fill. And the very next day a good amount had already came out. I followed the instructions to the T. I did not get them wet I did not do anything I wasn't supposed to do. So within two weeks they were completely gone. My daughter came here as well and the exact same thing happened to her. And when it was time to do the fill we were told that we would be charged for a full set because most of the eyelashes were gone. Which I think is completely unfair because I don’t know what kind of glue is being used or whatever they used to do the lash extensions but I’ve had lash extensions several times before and I’ve never had lashes fall out so quickly. I don’t know if this is being done so that you have to pay full price instead of just the price for a fill but I feel it’s a ripoff. Needless to say this place did not work for us and we will not be returning."

"I've been going to Jay for a few months for my lashes and I'm very pleased with the service she provides. Very easy to schedule an appointment. I do recommend booking an appointment immediately after your service because she gets booked, but not to the point you can't get in. Pricing comparable to most and she has an extremely professional/ cool demeanor. She offers a myriad of services I suggest checking out her website you'll be very happy you did."
