Communication was timely and professional prior to my appt time and the salon wasn’t hard to locate since Lay has done a good job with posting signage to instruct clients where to go upon parking. The suite is very welcoming, Lay was super pleasant and began and ended the appointment with eduction and a suggested regiment. She was very attentive during the appointment and took incredible care of my skin. I’ve loved my results thus far and have rescheduled to return soon. My home regimen is super easy and came with a small instruction sheet to help me remember what to do and when until I got into a groove.
