"As a first time client at KBB, the ENTIRE staff made my visit wonderful. The atmosphere when you walk in is amazing and everyone is so friendly, inviting and welcoming. I was offered a range of refreshments from water to coffee to wine and even snacks, free of charge. Kalena turned my damaged/broken off hair into a BOMB AND FIRE pixie cut. She is the truth with her scissors for sure. Everyone is so professional and made the experience great beginning before I ever arrived on the phone with Amber to schedule and Shakira with her attentiveness and care when servicing me and of course Kalena is a gem and best all around. Her personality is great, she makes you feel confident in her chair and she is great at what she does. I felt so excited to get my haircut and even more excited when it was finished. "The decor was fabulous and everyone I encountered was super nice. Amber was very welcoming and patient over the phone when I scheduled my appointment and when I got turned around on my way there. Jass was also super kind, taking care to be gentle given my trepidation surrounding haircuts. I am so anxious stepping into salon that I avoided even getting trims for years, but she made the experience enjoyable and checked in with me a lot.
