When we were looking for a factoring company, the sales rep I spoke with is Parker Jones (and I spoke with several). Parker is honest, helpful, doesn't hesitate to answer any questions and most of all, he is responsive and attentive. We have been using OTR for a while now and everyone I have spoken with has been extremely client service oriented and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Our dedicated Account Manager is Alex Dauer and working with Alex is our dedicated Coordinator Cameron Mitchell. They are awesome!
