"So far it’s been a nightmare. I purchased another company that was going out of business MC. After a few months I received a call from Jason Beldick. He informed me that G square still had a contract with the company that was out of business and the MC number was attached to that company insisting that I bought the company and just changed the name. Which I informed him that my company has been around for 13 years and I did not do a name change. I acquired the MC through the fmcsa. Jason and the owner whom he claims to be a gentleman by the name of Ira refuses to give the brokers a notice of release. It’s been over a month now and I’m not able to process any loads because G Square has demanded that I pay an early termination fee of $1000 and $150 filing fee for a contract that I did not have with them.G square claims that I inherited the contract when I purchased the MC. The provided a UCC filing from 2017 with the company I obtained the MC from. According to Georgia LAW an UCC filing agreement automatically expires after 5 years"
