"Mercedes always does my hair perfectly and I been going to her for almost three years now. However this time I was really disappointed by the customer service and lack of professionalism. I called specifically to speak to her and scheduled the appointment with her, turns out it was a different stylist who did my hair. At first I didn’t wanted to be rude to point out the fact that was not who I requested, I thought they were just helping her getting started since the salon was busy which I do understand that. The stylist did not even ask me how or what color of style I like, just started with bleach and more bleach until my scalp was very irritated. I had to tell them I wanted a different style which was darker so there was no reason to keep on bleaching it, then they painted black back on after a bleach out session! Exactly how I had it when I walked in before. After 4 hours, Mercedes didn’t even touch my hair once so I had to tell her how I felt. She offered to fix my hair but it was extremely damage now to do anything correctly the way I wanted. Sad to say some of my hair even broke off, you can see the harsh lines, half black, half blonde, non blended looking hairstyle. You should not expect a customer leaving looking like this because it looks like 5 months grow out.This was no where worth of a $300 service. I paid, tipped, but won’t ever come back."

"I put a review for her other location and this is her Second location. I LOVE my hair!! I came back for a touch up and my color has lasted a good 8 weeks without fade! And they care about your hair, These are the sweetest women and best experience leaving a salon! Ms. Mercedes retrieved my hair, making it look and feel the healthiest it’s been in a while, all while my hair just got bleached! Clean salon where everyone was required to have on a mask, small waiting area to avoid over crowding, 6 feet rule practiced here with every stylist constantly cleaning and wiping down after each customer, and temperature checks before you’re allowed into the establishment with appointment only. New location has separate rooms for different services to ensure the 6ft rule. Come get pampered and feel like a beautiful queen!"
