"Entering the office I was immediately relaxed by the aroma therapy from the oil diffusers. Having ones taxes done can be stressful, so I was grateful for the aroma therapy. The staff was knowledgeable and caring! I received professional service across the board. I also truly appreciated the patience given to me. I had my child with me, and they understood my situation. They made us feel as if we were apart of the family. The location is easily accessible as well, being right off 20. Will be returning next year! Thank you Lisa Tax Services 3.... "I called & spoke to a man to schedule an appointment on Thursday for Saturday morning at 9 am. He asked who all was coming and I advised him my husband, 1 year old daughter and myself. He told me to make sure I had our social security cards and I was all set. We get to the office and go inside, and someone from a back office yells for us to come down the hall so he can “see our face”, so we walk to the office. He said that his front office staff isn’t here & his wife (Lisa) is out doing “something” so there wasn’t anyone to do our taxes. He said “time is time” & asked us to fill out some paperwork & wait in the lobby, that he would be with us shortly. So, we waited (after nothing from him) for about 30 minutes & I asked if there was any kind of update. He said that “even though you made an appointment that does not guarantee that someone would be there to do your taxes at that time.” Confused, I said “I do believe I spoke to you on the phone to make my appointment, why wouldn’t you tell me that OR set up a different time?” He couldn’t answer that. He just stood there and made it out to be MY problem that nobody was there for the appointment time we BOTH agreed upon. This was our first time branching off and trying to find someone trustworthy & reputable to do our taxes. Unfortunately, this place could not do the job and was very unprofessional."

"Easy to locate off HWY 20. Friendly & professional family buisness and staff. Great in assisting with preparing and filing taxes along with PPP's. I highly appreciate the education and knowledge. Way to go Team⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
