"It’s $3 a person to get in the park, but I would argue it’s well worth the price. The disc golf course is a highlight, with 27 holes and a 9 hole beginner course. The beach area has playgrounds and bathrooms, and there are walking trails and even a butterfly garden. Everything is always clean and well-kept. A great place for the family to spend an afternoon."
"Had a great on a holiday weekend. There is a walkout “beach front” into the lake. There were several groups out grilling and listening to music. It was a great time and great vibes from everyone. The park rangers strictly enforced rules. All swimming ended at 5pm and the park closes at 7pm."
"Molly says, Y’all go visit lake tobo… It’s a fun place, they have Frisbee Golf, sandy beach, and lots of picnic areas. Indoors ones too.. R.V., camping, fishing… A Marina and Fish-n-Pig restaurant on the water… Y’all go, now. You hear…"
"We had to be cleared by the Ranger to sleep here as we have a lightly converted van. They let us stay because we had an option to hookup to power with climate control (extension cord with a heater and fan) The grounds were very nice and kept up with, they had a loop of camping mostly RV spots with power. The lower level had full hookup for the big guys with sewage and water. Fire pit with a flipping rack for cooking Asphalt roadway and parking spot on the site Rock area with a picnic table Dump station Bathrooms were real toilets and multiple showers all kept very clean and maintained daily. Hot water and central location. The recreational area was a very nice little beach on the lake with its own bathroom. Multiple disc golf courses of all levels( They also rented discs, I had only seen the return box so I don't know how much) The rangers were nice and constantly on patrol, there was a loud bang (gun shot?/backfire?/electrical short?) I witnessed a ranger quickly investigate the noise which was comforting. Mostly nice people we encountered there, but we had a neighbor set up a few days after we had been there already, she was a Karen and didn't like seeing us have fun or laugh. She reported us to the rangers and they took her side and made us feel uncomfortable so we ultimately left because of this. We had a clean set up but we cooked and prepared our food outside and spent our time outside as we were CAMPING. But since we didn't have a fancy travel trailer we didn't fit in too well. Yuppy level 7 out of 10. Hippie level 2 out of 10 Would try to go back again if passing through to give it another shot."
"Love this place! Very beautiful and suitable for family and friends coming to enjoy! Remember to carry your swimming suits and picnic blanket when you come. I would love to come again in summer:D The entrance fee is $3 per person and kids under 6 are free."
