"me & my mom both got our brows waxed and we’re not satisfied. brows are not supposed to be twins, but sisters and ours look like cousins… a mess. when it’s time to pay she asks you if you want to tip, super awkward & would suggest leaving a card reader out so your customers don’t feel pressured to tip you for a poorly done job. all in all i’m unsure if it was an individualized poor experience or if she was having an off day as she wasn’t the peachiest either."

The owner waxed me with hot wax, she also specializes in sugaring which I'll book next time. She's extremely sweet and personable.
