"I went to Palazzo to get a full set, and unfortunately, the end results were not what I had asked for at all and my nail beds were hurting. I went to EZ a day later to see if they could remove the bad set and replace it. T was amazing! He was kind enough to listen to the bad story, and not wanting to cause my nail beds or wallet further injury, worked with the acrylics from the day before to create exactly what he and I talked about. He was also much more friendly. Can’t recommend him enough!"

"This was the worse mani-pedi I have ever gotten! My pedicure only lasted 15 mins and I left with polish all over the sides. My gel manicure only lasted 30 mins tops (every other place I’ve gone to, it takes up to an hour). My skin was cut around my cuticle, my nails are not even, not to mention the polish over my cuticles. I would have said something, but the place was so hot and it didn’t smell the best."

"Walked into EZ Nails and they was very polite when I mentioned I wanted a manicure, pedicure and lashes extension. Tommy the manager urgently got two of his specialist on my nails and foot. They both worked extremely well with no complaints and engaged with me on multiple conversations lol. My nail tech was diligent with me as I wanted ombré plus length, he knew exactly how to coffin-shape. my pedicure specialist had my feet looking very healthy including a small design added. They both took their time to make sure I was pleased. Later, I then got my eye lashes and waxing done. The process was gentle and quick! I didn’t look like old self when he finished. Yes! I am VERY PLEASED and will definitely recommend anyone to come here!"
