"So I bought some boots from beauty 4 you on Friday I asked the lady (owner)if I didn’t like them could I return them. She told me yes I could exchange. I come back Tuesday not even a week later since they are not open on weekends and try to return the boots she says to me they cannot return exchange or issue a store credit because the boots were dirty on the bottom which was a complete lie because I only tried the boots on one time in store.My advice to you is to buy no type of shoes or clothing because you will have a problem with coming to exchanging.This is not customer service at all if I have the receipt and as u see the boots are in still need condition it should have been no problem to exchange or return."

"I went in looking for pink hair extensions for my 5 year old. They did not have any available which would have left me to dye them. Instead, the woman at the counter opened up a pack of hair and began sewing clip in extensions.($36 were ready in 30 minutes. I was so impressed and in shock that she did that. My daughter and I are SO thankful for an amazing experience."
