"Great atmosphere and location. Good food and drinks. Disorganized service and conflicting information. I saw on their IG page that they have live jazz every Thursday, so I decided to make this my Thursday night visit. I found it unusual that they don't post a start time for the live music as the other cigar lounges I follow on IG do. I call Thursday at 3pm to get a music start time and was told "around 8". I got there early at 6 to chill and eat. I asked my server, Keisha G., where the band sets up at so I can have a good view and she pointed out their setup location and told me the band starts at 7. Hey, even better! I ate and watched the Milwaukee/Boston game...still no band. The band arrived and started unloading and setting up at 8:21pm. The band didn't start playing until 9:04pm and my 4 hours of paid parking ends at 9:49pm. So I paid my check @ 9:14pm and was gonna listen until 9:40 and leave. At between 9:20 and 9:25, server Keasha G. came to me and told me that my 2-seat table was reserved at 9:30 and asked if I was close to being done. I didn't believe her when she told me my table was reserved, nor that they offer reservations, but because I was alone at the table and didn't have long to stay, I left. I stopped and asked the lady that seated me what time the live music usually starts every Thursday and she told me 9pm. I smiled and held up 3 fingers to her and told that time was the third different time I've heard from the staff all day, and I walked out. I understand why they don't post a starting time for live music. They aren't organized to know the starting time. Keasha G. was a great and attentive server, despite false info and essentially being asked to give up my table. I think she was requested to ask me to leave, but it did happen after I paid and it was crowded at that time of night."

"I visited this spot for date night. It was a cute vibe! The Italiano Carnivore pizza was delicious. However, my date wasn’t a huge fan of the jerk chicken pizza. Lastly, China was out server. She was super sweet & provided the best service. I recently moved to Atlanta and have noticed ATL is notorious for bad customer service. Especially at locations where gratuity is included. My date made sure to leave China a nice tip."

"We didn't have dinner, but the place is awesome for a Old Fashion and a cigar. Service was great, and we didn't have to wait long for a seat. The place was busy, but the flow worked well. The variety of cigars is fantastic."

"This was a first for me in Atlanta I have been to many places throughout the US (cigar lounges) and this has been BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I have has hands down! The cocktails and the service was A1! The ambience and the people make the ATL experience. I was losing hope for a while in ATL but this definitely secured ATL as a top metropolitan place to visit for all my non native Georians!!! The entire area is packed with eateries and lounges to indulge to your heart is content. I'm recommended this place as a after dinner kick back. The music has been a mix of 90s/2000s hip hop and is for a party vibe. Not intimate like you would expect a cigar lounge to be however this hybrid is surely one you wouldn't want to miss. CHEERS!!!"

"The establishment was done RIGHT in every sense of the word. It gave EVERYTHING IT NEEDED TO GIVE!!! Atmosphere, decor, vibes, good eats, excellent smokes, a super grown & sexy crowd and that DJ on a Thursday night was hitting!!! I had theee most enjoyable evening out with friends and colleagues. Awesome cigar collection. Drinks were good, my Java Red was sweet and smooth. I had an amazing night and I will definitely be back."
