"Movie goers beware - one of the great things about this theater is the ability to buy food and drinks. This past Saturday night - yes Saturday - they had no bartender on staff. We had bought tickets to see Barbie which is free on HBO at the moment but we wanted the theatre experience so spent $40 on tickets. We ended up asking for a refund as we felt a subpar experience was being provided."

"Wanted a more upscale movie theater experience. Definitely got it. Was a nice time! Nice decor. Staff was good. Food was Really Good! Had the Salmon and Popcorn. However 1 major item was that they mentioned they don’t have their own pour license, so we weren’t able to buy alcohol. Which was one of the reasons we drove all the way out there for a more upscale experience. Also, kitchen closed about 30 min into our movie, so we couldn’t get refills on the Sprite. So sitting a little thirsty at dinner wasn’t superb. So minus 1 star, but if they had their pour license, I’m sure it would’ve been 5 stars."

"I usually don't review places but this theater is not worth it at all. First, it wasn't clean at all. Second, we went to order food and a drink and were told the bar was closed and they were pretty much out of everything we tried to order so we didn't order anything. Lastly, a moth-like thing kept flying around. For the price of the movie and how they advertise this theater this should of been better. This is our first and last time at this location."

"Dont worry about the negative reviews here. Even i was ignoring this theater due to those reviews. Today i am here for the Animal movie, theatre is really clean everywhere."

"My last visit to this location would be my last. We were told to order our snacks and drinks at the walk up window which had a long line. Almost missed the first part of the movie. After 30 minutes into the movie the only thing we received was our drink the popcorn was never delivered. Eventually my shrimp app arrived and it was too salty to consume. Such a waste of money. I proceeded back to the window which the line was still long. Several people who were in line originally were back as well missing items. I finally saw a runner and asked for our popcorn. He told me he had to take someone else their snacks. I asked to speak to a manager who tried to figure out was wrong. Eventually I was given some popcorn after about half the movie was over. No one apologized nor offered any compensation. I have never seen this location with such poor customer service before. I plan to never visit this location again especially at this price point. I will go one exit north and save $5-10 for better service."
