"While the ladies are friendly, it's the slowest service I think I've ever experienced. Been in drive-thru line 25 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and only 1 has been serviced. Yes, 2 other lines are open as well. Still, that's ridiculously slow compared to other banks I've been to. If I weren't here for work, I'd have gone somewhere else."
