"Arrived to order breakfast around 7:40am. Called at the speaker for help for 10 minutes and no one answered. Says they opened at 6:30am online and everything is fully lit up inside."

"WHAT'S GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION... FIRST TIME AT THIS ONE... I'M IN MY WORK TRUCK WHICH CLEARANCE IS 11 FT... SO I GET OUT GO TO THE DOOR ITS LOCKED... SO I GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU... NEVER GOT ANSWERED AT THE BOX SO I GO TO THE WINDOW... NO ONE EVER COMES TO THE WINDOW... 2 MORE VEHICLES HAD PULLED BEHIND ME WHEN I WAS AT THE BOX... SO AS I'M STANDING AT THE WINDOW WAITING FOR SOME SERVICE I NEVER GOT... HERE COME THE OTHER VEHICLE THAT PULLED BEHIND... I'M STILL AT THE WINDOW STANDING OUTSIDE WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME HELP... NO ONE EVER CAME SO I GET IN MY TRUCK AND LEAVE... I NOTICE THE TRUCK BEHIND PULLS OFF ALSO... SO AGAIN WHAT'S GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION TO NOT GET ANY SERVICE"

"Worst customer service I’ve ever had by a manager. Walking in not even greeted. Manager walks up to register looks at us walk of comes back walk off again. Tells the person in drive through you get there order I’ll get this one that person doesn’t respond she then says what you want. I break the order down a $5 biggie bag. She ask which one I said a double stack. Then add an additional drink. I also want a cheeseburger and another additional drink. So i paid and we waited for the order. I get 1 cup and a bag . I ask her about my other drinks she got an attitude. Said that’s not what I asked for an asked for a double stack. (She put a chicken sandwich in the bag). I Explained everything again. She gave me another cup. I said it’s 3 drinks. She gave me another cup and walk off. Someone from the back was watching everything she came out and made me a sandwich. SMH. I hate poor management."

"My first DoorDash order my meal and my sons come with no chicken and no burger patty. I re-ordered our meals and they came with the burger correct but my chicken sandwich with no chicken….. I mean you have got to be kidding me. How do you close a chicken sandwich up seeing no chicken on it…."

"Update: Staffing is now decent and now a lot quicker getting the food. Very decent Wendy's for the this location. Good food. Credit to those working. Took 20 minutes in line and then another 10 to get food. It was during the lunch crunch, but they were very much understaffed."
