"Went 1/12/24 and ordered a ground beef and a steak bowl, the food was good but the portions was kid meals size. They went skimpy on everything.The service was slow and the restaurant had an odor. Didn't smelled the odor until after we started eating,so we packed it up and left. The amount of money paid wasn't the issue it was the portions."

"Went in with a few friends for moe monday deal (7.99 burrito and medium drink) i clicked redeem in store with a QR code on the app and was told that that was the wrong way of doing it, we were then told by the manager at the time Sharon that due to this there was nothing that they could do. For reference another manager at the same location had in the past helped me out with the app confusion and given me the deal manually when it hasnt worked. I feel that if their app is faulty they could at least advertise it with the deal or in store before a customer gets to the register. Due to this mix up our meal was an additonal 20 dollars. The other employees were extremely nice during our visit tho. We didnt catch their names but they were kind and nice to us."

"The ladies on 8/5/23 day shift, made my experience with Moe's worth the 30 min drive to Columbus. Courteous, no gum snacking like the other location, and my order was ready before specified pickup time. Seems as if one thing was missing, but I don't think it would have improved the taste and/or flavor of my meal. Ski that's okay. Adobo chicken was juicy, rice had flavor, and toppings were just yum, yum. Surpassed previous visits to the same location. There was also no natural gas smell this time. Kudos!"

"I love coming here to get my lunch and or dinner. They are really friendly here and willing to talk with you as they make the food. Personally I love getting the nachos or bowls because they REALLY love to stuff those berritos. Also they have one of those fancy soda machines that have a ton of diffrent flavors. Also if you have the moes app their is a camra in the app that you can point at the pictures on the wall and they start to move. Pretty cool if you ask me!"
