"Ill never go back they totally messed me up. Uneven, not the cut i asked for"

"My mom and I have gone here for a few years now. We almost always ask for Amber W, but now we will not be returning. Amber's service, or the lack there of, is the reason for this decision. She has cancelled on us several times, almost always last minute, and asked for an 80 dollar fee for her decision to cancel. This is frustrating, as even when you do try to reschedule she fails to confirm your appointment being scheduled with her and then asks for 80 dollars for you not showing. She blames this fee on the owner of the establishment everytime. Her timing is not optimal as she seems to often overschedule. This leads to a simple haircut, light highlights, and/or a full color to take upwards of 6 to 8 hours each time. During this time, she struggles to multi-task. She gets distracted with conversations around the shop and wanders off, which leads to a 4 hour session becoming upwards of 6. This extra time consists of you just waiting for her to do your hair. Lastly, her vision and your vision for your hair will often not align. This all leads to a less than desirable outcome for one's hair."

"Great experience! My daughter has wanted a Gwen Stacy haircut for the longest time, but we’ve put it off knowing it would be a tough cut to do. Others had already told us in the past they couldn’t pull it off easily. Liz cut her hair today and it looks amazing! I have no idea how she got it so accurate so quickly by just looking at a few photos and not knowing the character. They were really sweet to her and my other kids too. The price was also great, we’ll definitely be back!"

"Amber Allen was my stylist. She was incredibly competent, friendly and sanitary. I have issues with my hair because of some medications I'm on and she explained what may be going on. She knew how to cut it to hide the thinning. In addition, their product line is top notch and nourishing to my "sick" hair. I simply loved the place. Very joyful, friendly atmosphere."
