"I guess I got the wrong guy...cus the two people I went with had a great experience, but the guy who did mine (and the manager who half way attempted to save the mess) was horrible. Wasted a ton of money and had to pay for a whole new set at a new salon just to fix it. None of my nails were the same shape, left them lumpy, didn't do the design I asked for AT ALL, asked the manager to get the globs of glue or whatever from under my nails and as he's talking to someone else he's using the cuticle cutters which ended up cracking one nail. The design isn't horrible but it's not what I wanted and every other aspect is botched."

The entire staff has treated me amazingly, offering water frequently and asking about my day. I've only been twice but I absolutely will no longer use any other salon.
