"Cashier was nice . The problem came in when my order was made wrong no cheese no bacon (which are not free) and I asked for it to be cut in half the manager (I’m assuming) was notified, and was very rude from the beginning. I simply asked for a remake, she stated she couldn’t because she was in a rush. She gave me a refund. Slammed my money on the counter and pushed it across so hard that some hit the floor. I would suggest that if she can’t deal with customers she go stock or prep something."

"I simply ask my fries be cooked fresh, due to my husband being on foot. The cashier then assures my husband the fries had just been dropped. Just for my husband to arrive home & every item I purchased was cold. I spent $32.35 in total and was only granted my whopper over again. Very unsatisfied! Update: He got home with my whopper it was cold."

"The person that helped us at the register was super sweet and very helpful. The whole staff seemed on great terms and had a wonderful attitude. Loved my experience, very friendly so much I wanted to leave a good review. Awesome folks. The food was great, packed correctly and with care. Thanks!"

"Drive was quick, and our order was right. Food hot, but the whopper wasn't whopper'ing like normal. We had been craving a whopper for a while, so we were a little disappointed."

"Not going to say it was my worst experience but I definitely wasn't happy. So I go inside and place my order because I couldn't thru the app. 3 folks ahead of me and Abt 4 behind. As I'm waiting on my food the people behind me has got their food and gone. Walk up to the counter and advise the girl that my number wasn't called. She was like I don't see it order on my screen. So I was like it's obvious u bump it off(I have years of experience working for burger king) she replied I did no such thing. So instead of her recalling my order on the bump bar she was like u got it receipt. So as I'm looking she finally recalls my order but she proceed to continue bagging another number that pop on screen. She bags it and hand it to me no napkins, no asking if I need any ketchup anything. So when I get home 2 mins my food is of course not hot I only had 2 sandwich. The the sandwich is not a mess see picture. The bun don't even cover the meat. I know this is not how burger suppose to treat their customers and I know that's not how they train their employee mayb she was overwhelmed but I was not happy"
