"Unfortunately, this particular location has left out items entirely or given the wrong items in our order numerous times. We have called to let a manager know, some have refunded, some said they would but never did, and other times no one even returns a phone call. The staff is too busy joking around and on their phones whether the restaurant is very busy or not busy at all. The food is typically decent. Overall, the service is the worst part of our experiences each time if it’s drive through, delivery by CFA, or pick up. Dine in is fine and staff is very polite and helpful inside but managers lack in correcting issues."

"I always feel kind of silly for posting fast food reviews. But I gotta give credit where it's due! This Chick-fil-A location is awesome! It's one of the best Chick-fil-A locations I've been to. Service is ALWAYS great. The employees here are so nice and friendly. Also, they are FAST. I never have to wait in the lobby or at the drive-thru for too long, even when there are a lot of cars ahead of me. They are very efficient. During the COVID-19 pandemic their curbside pick-up is likewise efficient and convenient. The restaurant is always clean. Food quality is always good and consistent, especially compared to other Chick-fil-A locations. Feeling really lucky that this location is my go-to and closest to home!"
