Angel Nails

"There is only one lady that can do nails and its hit or miss. They made my nails so thick I could scoop ice-cream with them. Then they "fixed them" and the last picture is what they looked like 3 days later."

"Worst service. Especially for the quality. Although, I'm ashamed to say I've been back to say that the last THREE times (my mistake for going back obviously), they've blatantly disrespected me by taking customers that "walk-in" after me while I sit waiting for the same service that they asked for. They don't have a sense of timeframe when you make an appointment, you get there and still wait minimum 30 minutes after calling and making a legit appointment . I'd understand 5-10 minutes, but it's consistent. Meanwhile, there's always techs chillin on the Pedi chairs while customers are waiting, there's always a guy sleeping in the couch in the waiting room. Yet no one communicates with you. I'll never go back. I can't believe I've waisted my time there 2 other times after the first."

"Update: I was reading other reviews, and I think the lady's name is Amy! That name sounds familiar, and to quote someone else's opinion: "Amy LOST her way with the people!" &&& she is definitely rude!!! A little over 3 years ago, I would have rated this place with 4 or 5 stars, but it's a 1 or NO ⭐️ (if I could give no stars!) for me. The lady was rude! I felt rushed to decide on what color I should get, and even though I wasn't ready to pick a color, I picked one just to appease that lady. I was irritated cuz I wanted my nails done but wasn't ready to pick a color that very moment, no one else was waiting so I was confused on the rush, it was 5pm and they close at 7pm or 7:30pm according to their sign. So I sat down and told the other lady my number, but I said the wrong number, I apologized for that mistake, the two ladies laughed, and I did too. But then as the one lady was working on my nails, I told her I wanted a little length so that lady was talking in their language about what i said and the other lady said that I didn't tell her or something like that and they both started talking about me in their language and laughing at me! I was DONE, I don't handle disrespect easily, so at that moment, I got up to pay for whatever service that was already done, but I'm taking business elsewhere. The lady said no fee, but i insisted one more time, and she said again, "No pay." So I left, and I will NEVER go back!" The lady who is always there is very unprofessional. Her attitude was rude, and she is lucky that I know and love Jesus because the old me would have shown out. You have to try to remember that not everyone who walks in knows what color to get, and in that moment, a little patience and kindness would have been a better experience for her nail business. I don't recommend their services to anyone. As for me and my family, we will gladly take our money and business somewhere else."

"The services were ok. Nothing special. The atmosphere though is what will keep me from returning. It felt so gross. Nothing looked clean. The carpet is old, equipment falling apart. The tools used for doing nails did seem to be properly sterilized, I guess that’s what really matters. But I think a lot of people would much rather have a more ambient, inviting place to get their nails done. Overall I’ll be trying elsewhere when I want to get my nails done again."

"Wait time was much longer than what we were told. The lady who did my nails was the manager and she was really sweet and made sure she did a good job. I love how the nails turned out though. I probably would go again"
