"Who was okay. The lady fixing the food have claw nails long hair and brooms on her eyelashes. None of this could be hygienically good or clean. The lady preparing the food just came from outside smoking and the gym in that brought a bag out to someone to drive through did not wash his hands before he started serving food behind the counter. The ghost pepper wins are great I just would never eat Popeyes again"

"Former employee. This place is absolutely digesting. They leave chicken out all night for the staff next day to start cooking. Chicken guts, blood, etc on walls. Cross contamination is an issue. I don't see how they they are still in service. I wouldn't dare eat at this place. When I tell you, they put the T in NASTY!!!"

"Don't know the name, but the tall, thin manager that wears the false lashes needs to have training or get a new job. Three visits in the last 3 months, same situation every time. She's nasty to the customers and nasty to the staff......every time I've been there. River Road location. Waited on my order for 30 minutes. Went inside to question. Would not make eye contact or help. Area manager saw what was going on and started investigating immediately. Regular manager saw the bag on the counter and said, "Oh.....this is it"..... handed me the bag, I asked for the order to be checked bc after 30 minutes, it's probably cold. Turned her back on me, and stated while facing away....well I did the order, you can check it if you want to, I don't know what you want me to tell you. No ma'am, I'm the customer, you made a mistake, it's your job to fix it......and without being rude. Area manager started apologizing and checking the food, replaced the cold food with fresh and more apologies. Told her I greatly appreciated her and her help. She was very kind and gave the impression that she has pride in her work. Location needs a new manager. She's rude to someone anytime I've been there. Ridiculous. Whoever the Area Manager is, kudos to you ma'am. First time I saw her there, and she was amazing to me and other patrons present."

"I’ve gone to this Popeyes 3 times, the first time was great, the second time, the sandwich was a bit too breaded, but this last time, I got a biscuit that appears to have mold on it. Luckily I caught it before I ate it, but it’s a shame because Popeyes tastes good, but now I’m just grossed out"
