"Rude staff who were more interested in talking to each other. We ordered ahead 20 minutes before hand and they just didn't do 1/3 of the order. They were out of 4 different sides that no one bothered to thaw and warm up. And everyone who ate the food got food poisoning. I'd rather go to a KFC is the slums of Columbus than here again."

"The Tuesday night shift team made us feel right at home, though my wife and I were just on our way through. It was 9:30, they were down to their last 2 pieces of chicken, but we ended up getting an extra side and some extra fries to go with our meal “on the house!” The staff was super friendly and did not care we were there just a bit before closing. They took care of us as they were cleaning up the restaurant. Never had such a pleasant experience at a KFC on a late Tuesday night."

"Long wait times even when there’s not many people. The food is good but you do have to watch what they give you because they may mess up your order."

"This place is truly something else!! I have been in that twice two and witnessed once a cook named Brandon yelling at a customer who had been waiting for her food that she needed to wait employees come first (REALLY!!). Then tonight I was trying to get dinner when again the same employee is yelling at the cashier that there is no more nuggets and when she asked a question he yells it’s not his damn problem while there is a line of people in this restaurant! They need to fix thing issue because I see this place closing if this is the way you run a place of business. I also notified the restaurant manager last week and nothing seems to have been done. So now I will take it higher, this is NOT the way to talk to or take care of customers!!!!!!"
