"I would not recommend this DD. This is the only DD that cannot get my order ready. Third time I had to pull up and wait on a toasted bagel and tea. Last time they completely forgot about me after 10 mins went inside and saw my order sitting on shelf. I wanted a refund but there was no one willing to help me. They will be in trouble when Mc'Donalds open."

"I ordered iced coffee and 2 bagels with cream cheese. Coffee was fine, but the bagels had barely any cream cheese on them. My husband and I frequent dunkin locations everywhere we go, and this was hands down the laziest bagel I have ever seen. And they were BOTH like this. So that is obviously their standard at this location... It looked like it had barely been touched with cream cheese. You couldn't see anything in between the two pieces when they were together and when you opened it, you could still see 90% of the bagel. I actually questioned if they had even put cream cheese on it until I opened the bagel. I guess I will have to pay for extra cream cheese just to get a normal amount. When I ask for cream cheese, I want to actually be able to taste it on the bagel, and these bagels barely had any cream cheese on it to taste. If I had not already left the parking lot when I pulled it out of the bag, I would have asked them to fix it. I drove away because I have never had this happen at any dunkin before, so I assumed it wouldn't happen here. That was my mistake. Fix your cream cheese application please!!! Also the bagels were hard to chew, so maybe they were starting to go stale. That sucked too. Ugh. I had high hopes for this newer location."

"Ordered through the mobile app. When I arrived it took ages for the line to move up, despite there only being two cars in front of me and no customers inside the store. And I counted at least 5 employees. No reason for it to take so long. I got the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, the bread was burnt and there was no egg on it!! I understand the store just opened, but perhaps there should be someone older than 17 running the shifts."
