"This location needs to be better. Used the drive through to order few dishes ,two of them were kids meals from the online kids menu. After I told which meals I want I mentioned I have a coupon for a free kids meal and I want to use it for one of the kids meal I ordered.The girl at the window then proceeded telling me that the sandwich I want from the kids menu isn’t available at their location, something she failed to tell me while taking my order. She asked me to proceed to the window and her manager will come over. The manager came and with a very sour and indifferent face asked me what’s my issue. She told me they don’t have to honor the online menu and there is nothing to do about it. I ended up using the coupon for something else and took my order only cause the kids were hungry at that point . I will not come back to that location."

"The employees are sweet and the whole company is based on bread right. Why is it when I order soup or want bread they are out and my order at times do not have my bread. I do not order chicken noodle because the last time i did it was one piece of chicken, and the few pieces of veggies and noddles as well. This bread Scenario has happened more then 5 times and it is upsetting. Like right now I asked before I order if they had bread they said yes just one i am up to pay and look in the bag no bread. They thought i was going to leave without checking because their faces saids it all. So, they give me that last piece and it is the hardest piece ive ever gotten. Please do better and please have more bread. I would love for someone in corp to contact me. I am owned 2 whole breads at this point."

"Ordered a white cheddar and steak sandwich. Got an American cheese sandwich with no steak. $16 for nothing."

"Usually love going to Panera, unfortunately this time was not the case. First as we were placing an order, they were out of bread bowls for soup and chips. So I decided to get apple as my side and my boyfriend got bread. However upon receiving my meal they gave me bread instead of apple. I didn’t mind too much because I like bread too so we left it at that. Then as I was finishing up my sandwich I realized they had toasted it with plastic between my sandwich. Didn’t finish it after I found out. In addition, the cheese flatbread pizza didn’t have any sauce, just cheese and flatbread. Pretty disappointed this time around with the food."

"Visited today for quick family meal . Went to counter and waited for 1 min and no one came until some one pointed to go for counter. Ordered Grilled cheese for kids and Kids pizza for dinning . Waited for 5 min and name pronounced for pickup. Taste is good and kids loved both . Overall we are satisfied with dine inside. All are kids in counter so I can’t anticipate quick service as they still learning to work ."
