"I had gotten my order through Doordash. I had the three veggie plate with rice, yams, and mac n' cheese. I also had the corn bread muffins. Just the little extra attention to detail like the company's sticker on the order, and the muffins carefully wrapped really stood out for me. The entire meal was delicious, but those yams and the cornbread really were the stars! If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely be coming back!"

"I was really hoping to love this place, being not a lot of good soul food options in this area. I will say the sides were pretty good. I had the collard greens and mac and cheese. Daughter had the yams and onion rings, which she said were good. She had a 10 piece wings (flats and drums) - garlic parmesan wet. I had the 2 whole wings bowl. Husband had fish and whole wings, no sides. Unfortunately, all of our chicken was undercooked/not well-done. So we had to put all of the chicken in the air fryer to cook more. That was really disappointing, as the point of take out is not having to cook/convenience. Husband said the fish was good. I think he had the whiting. It's up in the air if we will give another chance but it won't be anytime soon. Wings are a nice size (both whole wings and drum pieces) but please make sure they are cooked thoroughly/well."

"I ordered 3 piece whiting fish combo with 2 sides, candied yams and macaroni and cheese. I also tried potato salad, chicken wings, and cornbread. Everything was a 10/10, no complaints. The food was extremely fresh and well-seasoned! One of the chefs came out and greeted us, asked if everything was good. Friendly customer service, definitely will be coming back again."
