"Thank you for the change in management at this location!!! My family absolutely loves Popeyes and we were disappointed every time we came to this location to the point I refused to come here. The food was always cold, the order was always wrong, and the service was awful. My husband talked me into coming today and I reluctantly agreed, expecting to be disappointed… I am SO glad I agreed. This new management has restored my faith in Popeyes!!! The food was all fresh and steaming hot, the order was spot on and the service was incredible… all employees were happy and smiling and aimed to please! That was a true reflection on the leadership at this location, and hard to find any more at fast food locations. Thank you so much to the manager, Dominique Sr., for such great service and getting this Popeyes where it needs to be and enjoyable again!!!!"

"they can’t do their job. they forgot half the order and they didn’t apologize for it. they gave me a full sugar coke instead of coke zero. i do not recommend it. just a lot of minors there to collect a paycheck and that’s all"

"Food was great but they were out of fry’s???? Customer service needs a major improvement!!! If you hate your job so much you should find other employment opportunities. From my experience here there was only one younger guy that seemed to be the only person cleaning tables and was polite. Not a terrible experience but far from being a good one."

"They do not have fancy or "polished" customer service, but I'm always pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and kindness of the employees. The food was fresh and tasted very good for fast food. I've been several times. I return to places when I get good tasting food, good service, and decent pricing. FYI...Their "spicy" is not hot to me at all. (My family likes spicy food.)"
