"Never in 55 yrs buying food at McDonald's have I ever been charged for extra Pickles and adding some Mayonnaise to my sandwich. This is outrageous. I have been to many McDonald's across this country, and this has never happened to me. This McDonald's owner is just trying to bleed their customers for every penny. Why not just raise the price by five cents. This should cover the occasional customer Iike me who might want an extra pickle or two on his sandwich. Or extra condiments on their sandwich. I'm warning everyone about this location only. Since I have not experienced this anywhere else in the McDonald's chain. Duluth GA at 120. Exit 107 on interstate 85."

"Jan 6 10:57pm This girl who I've never seen here before asks me to hang on a second at the drive thru, and after I wait for a solid 5-7 minutes she then proceeds to take customers at the other line and when I call for her over the intercom she ignores me. I had a mobile order so I wasn't just going to drive off this time. Please do not soil this locations good streak. Bring back the kind and diligent workers. Also they had one guy doing all the food apparantly. Understaffed."

"This was one of the worst McDonalds I've been to a long time! I had a mobile order that said it was ready and it wasn't. 5 different people had to come and "confirm" my order. I had to show them it on the McDonalds app and my email recipe. For their life of them, they couldn't figure out that I wanted 2 plain cheeseburgers and a large fry. I had to wait about 15 minutes after I got before I received my food. While I was waiting, there were 2 people in line waiting to have their orders taken and no one seemed to want to acknowledge them. The lady waiting by the counter, who I assumed was a manager, was getting some coffee. When the customer asked for honey, the employee did seem to understand, but finally, after the customer got her hony and was turning around, she rolled her eyes and said something to me in Spanish(I asume it was some about the customer thought I don't know Spanish so I wouldn't know) But not planned to come here again."

"I came here for coffee from the drive through. The two people in front of me were ordering up a storm so I expected to sit in line for quite a while. Once the initial order was done it seemed like the staff inside was quick and put the large orders together fast. I was able to get my coffee quickly and leave. Overall a great experience. I can only comment on the drive through aspect."
