"The food was fresh and wrapped up good but the Cashier didn't welcome u in or say they'll take my order in a min."

"Arrived at the drive-thru speaker at 2030 hours. No one acknowledged me immediately. The woman who asked for my order interrupted me to say hold on a minute. After a minute, I drove to the first window to successfully place my order. When I got to window 2, it went downhill. My cheeseburgers only ketchup had to be re-made three times before they got it right. Unbelievable."

"I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was the last on earth. How you place a mobile order before you get there - for a basic meal - and STILL end up spending your whole lunch break waiting for your effin' food?? And then they look at you crazy - not everyone, but enough of them - as if you're in the wrong for waiting over 30 minutes for a basic cheeseburger, fries, and a plastic cup to fill your own food."

"Right now at 10:00 p.m. on December 25th 2023. Went to your McDonald's person told me hold on waited why they let two other people come over. We waited again drove around so that they were laughing and joking around. Got out of line. Went back around and saw them. Go hide in the back whoever you have working at this place, you should probably get new people. It's shameful. It's rude and why would you not want your company to make money? Also, your employees shouldn't all be in the parking lot smoking and making drug deals"
