"The food is good as usual. However..the lady taking my order was very unfriendly. Even with a tip for doing nothing. Even with me being overly nice she had no pleasantries whatsoever."

"They got my order wrong. After getting home I realized they made my breakfast wrong. So after driving all the way back to have them fix it, they only fix a portion and charge me $9.00 extra. I thought after getting my order wrong and me having to drive all the way back,they should at lease made my order right for free. NOT HAPPY !"

"I’ve been patronizing Waffle House for over 20 years and this has to be the worst Waffle House I’ve been too. My order was simple, an All Star Breakfast, with grits, bacon, scrambled eggs, white toast, and regular waffle. I got my food and the grits were cold. when I told my waitress that grits were cold she took the plate back, and when she returned instead of having warm grits they added more. I began eating the eggs and toast but the eggs had been scrambled too long, and I never even received my waffle. I sent my plate back and ordered an entirely different meal just to be told by the manager and waitress that I will be charged for the eggs, toast, and bacon separately because I began eating them. I told them fine, ate my meal and paid for the itemized check."

"My bf and I went to WH this pass Sunday and Ty took our order. The moment we walked in, her energy was very welcoming. She has a great spirit about herself and I appreciate her great customer service."
