Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"Our recent visit to Zaxby's, after a year, left much to be desired. Not only was our order missing multiple items, but the funnel cake was delivered in a broken and unappetizing state. To add to the inconvenience, I had to make an extra trip for caramel sauce. The salad, touted to be a highlight, fell short with missing toppings, leading to a disappointingly bland and dry experience. Overall, this revisit failed to meet our expectations, and we hope for improved service in the future."

"Update: 01/13/24: It’s happening every time, please use good quality food container, the containers burnt, at least you put the parchment paper and pack the food. It’s unhealthy. I like their food but the to go box melted and sticker on the bread, they have to use good quality Togo boxes, these are scrap! Pack it in glad box."

"First time eating here, was not impressed ! My chicken was barely warm, the fries had way too much seasoning on them, the toast/bread seemed old. The employees were very friendly. Maybe I should of ordered a sandwich?"

"UPDATE : Tried this specific location 5 months later after my original bad experience here. Order was prepared incorrectly the first and second time. Third time went back because bread was rock hard. This location is just not the greatest. Original review : I guess this store is trying to save on fries and sauce. I didn't receive the sauce I ordered and this is the amount of fries in my box. The food was also cold. I know everyone is having staffing issues right now but you should at least check food quality as well as accuracy before you send out the order. Won't be back to this location anytime soon."
