Arby's 365 Peachtree Parkway, Cumming, GA 30041

"I have mixed feelings about this Arby's. I haven't been to this one in a while, but I went there yesterday around 5:40 pm, and it was a horrible experience. The person who was taking my order was very rude. I have a speech impediment, and he got frustrated with my studering. He started raising his voice at me. After every item I asked for, he would ask, "Is that all!" He made it seem like he had to rush to take my order. I told the guy at the cashier window about it, and he was very understanding about it."

"I walked in and there was no one at the cash register but the manager was sitting there leaned up against the counter and refused to even acknowledge me while he was on his cell phone surfing the internet. His employee must have been in the restroom or something but I would assume a manager would at least acknowledge a customer and take their order. He must have thought it was beneath him to take an order. After standing there for several minutes without being acknowledged I just walked out. I definitely won't be going back here."

"Great experience! The staff was thorough with our detailed order. Everything was like we wanted it. Hot and tasted great! The team members were kind and professional. They even went the extra mile giving the boys free cookies!"

"This is a new Arby's, great looking place. Smells of fresh wood inside. Food was quick to receive and hot. Will definitely be going again. Update 3/23/23. Same clean Arby's, food made fresh, service was great and fast. Added photos this time."

"Ordered a double beef and cheddar meal. Fries were sitting in pre-made pan for at least 10 min. Not a soul was there except employees. My beef and cheddar was all beef they spread the cheddar on the top bun like it's mayo. Need to train the line cooks that cheddar sauce is not spread on its poured on. Do you see any cheddar in the pic? I can barely see it on the bun. Not happy after a long day at work."
