"Food is good! I call my order in and they told me that it would be ready in 15 min. When I got there was no one was up front to greet me. Finally someone came from the back after 9 min pass by. Then I told them I was here to pick up a order. She took my payment and then proceeded to the back. I assume she was going to get my food. It took her another whole 20 min to bring my food to me. I’m like what’s the point of calling in if it was not going to be ready!!! Very slow service!!"
