"I usaully love Waffle house, but what changed my visit was one of the employees, she was very rude, any question I asked she was determined to let me know that she was not the person serving me, also she had her badge covered so I couldn't get her name. The other staff members were great, that's why I gave a 2 star rating, but she truly ruined my experience, I wont return to this Waffle House again. When I recieved the food sadly the tempature was a little cool, it tasted like my order was sitting around for quite some time. I usually give good reviews so this experience that I'm sharing had to be very bad for me to even be moved to write this. The atmosphere was what I expect from Waffle House."

"3 out of the 4 dishes we ordered were incorrect. Poor guy serving us was taking every order all alone on a double shift, and the cook was no help. Wouldn't when make the awful waffle."

"2 staff and 4 customers total and food not prepared to order and waitress inattentive. Omelet brown, dry, and overcooked. Cook made new omelet but didn’t mix in blender so texture not typical for WH and a further disappointment. Hash browns burned and missing onions. Waffle ordered light but served medium brown. Air conditioning blasting freezing air. Terrible experience!"

"the food is what it is. The grilled biscuits are the best. The hash browns were not as good as usual. The grits were good. The country ham was good. The scrambled eggs and the eggs over-easy we're good. The burger was terrible. The service was good. The manager was extremely attentive."
