"The first time I came here for a pedicure it was great and both me and my mom had a great experience. The employees are all very kind and friendly, and the salon is beautiful, however I was not impressed at all when I came back to get my nails done. I came in for SNS and told the woman doing them that I wanted them LONG and wanted tips. I showed her exactly on the tip before she cut them how long I wanted them to be and she told me “no, that’s too long” and cut them off way shorter than I wanted on all of them without even asking. I was already irritated by that and then she told me that she would need to do acrylic instead so that they wouldn’t break because they were so long which ended up being way more expensive than my mom’s who got SNS. She did not tell me it would be an up charge. I have been to numerous nail salons who did much longer nails on me with tips and SNS and have never had an issue with breaking or had someone tell me they couldn’t do it. Additionally I asked for square and the shape was not at all what I wanted, there is a spot where the top coat is chipping off already, they are super thick and there are multiple bumpy spots. If I am paying you to do my nails and request SNS and a specific length, please listen to me. That’s the reason I’m in here. I unfortunately will not be coming back."
