"I’ve been here twice. The first time was great, the older lady that was serving my table was attentive, sweet and helpful. The food is fine but you mostly come here to eat a lot and get a good value, not necessarily for the taste. You try to order as meat as you can to do this. The second time I came, one of the younger ladies early 20s or teens was serving us, in a place where you want to eat as much as possible especially when ordering ALL YOU CAN EAT, she would bring out two meats and wait 45-50 minutes to ask if we wanted more. She wouldnt come to pick up empty plates, refill waters, or the hotpot. She would only come if we called her if she was around, which was almost never. I would be more understanding if the place was packed or if she had other tables, but when I would look around for where she was, she was on her phone talking to her coworkers behind the front desk. I would love to come back but I refuse to deal with service like this especially at an all you can eat with a time limit, I hope the managers and owners will fix this service."

"The best Shabu Shabu place I've been to. They give you individual hotpots that you control at your seat, so each person in your party has their own pot with their own broth selection. From there, the Shabu ingredients, along with a lot of other foods are available at a large buffett style setup. You can also order meat separately. Will definitely be back! "This place is every Buffet lovers paradise. The wide variety of ingredients you have access to is unreal. The sauce bar is fully loaded and the wide variety of vegetables is astonishing. Our server was very quick to bring out all the meats from the all you can eat option and the quality of all the meats were amazing. The ambiance of the place was very clean and 9292 is just a great place to eat good hotpot on a chilly day. They even have an authentic Korean cinnamon drink that is very good. This is a must try if you are looking for something to warm the soul."

"Not a bad place to get all you can eat hot pot. Everything is very fresh and the place is clean. Service is good and there is a great selection. I think the broth is a little bit lacking compared to other places in the area. Not sure if I would come back due to the broth not hitting"
